Whether you are still looking for land or you currently own property, you can rest assured we will do what it takes to both enhance and protect the natural beauty of the space.
- Step 2 | Custom House Design
Do you already have a set of home plans? If so, we will be happy to review them using a builders’ perspective. If you have yet to design your dream house, we will work alongside your choice in an architect to put together a wonderfully unique floor plan taking your needs, wants and your lifestyle into consideration. Every home that we build is unique, and working with your architect will help us to turn the magazine clippings, dreams and sketches into reality. After your new home plans are final, Lingenfelter Custom Homes will then give you a detailed estimate and a contract for your dream home construction. We also have good relationships with reputable mortgage brokers and lenders in the area if you happen to need financing.
- Step 3 | Custom Build Finish Out
Once you have your house plans, you can begin selecting your interior and exterior finishes for the home. You have the choice of working with our in-house design staff or choosing your designer. Our team members are experts in the design field and have experience with the selection of plumbing and electrical fixtures, cabinetry, appliances, flooring, paint, hardware, and trim. We have the ability to help you to design the home that truly reflects your personality. At this time, you will also be given a copy of the Lingenfelter Custom Homeowner’s Manual and the Bonded Builders Warranty.
