Adam Lingenfelter
President
Hi, my name is Adam Lingenfelter and I really appreciate your interest in our company. I got into the home building industry in 1990 and built my first custom home in Washington State in 1993. Until 2010, I was president of a building material supply company and a construction company, where we completed 1,900 construction projects and eventually sold both of those companies to ProBuild. ProBuild subsequently promoted me and relocated my family to North Dallas in 2013. I loved working for ProBuild but really wanted to get involved in construction again because that was what I was most passionate about. We have built dozens of custom homes in North Dallas since we completed our first one in 2015. We typically have 20+ houses under construction at any given time ranging from $1 million to $10 million. When I am not building homes, I like to spend time with family and friends doing things such as boating, golfing, listening to music, watching sports, going to church, working out, watching TV and movies, and reading books.
Lisa Lingenfelter
Vice President
Hello, I’m Lisa Lingenfelter. Adam and I have been married for over 25 years. We met in Washington state where we spent the first 18 years of our marriage. We have three girls and one boy. Brooklyn, our oldest, graduated college and works for LCH. Alison graduated from TTU and also works for LCH. Madison is a nursing student at TTU. Boston is our youngest and in high school. Coming from a background in accounting, I came to LCH at the end of 2018 to help our accountant/CPA. I enjoy the office setting but also love visiting the many job sites to see the progression. Being a part of a vision and watching it come alive is an incredible feeling! I love the diversity of styles we can provide our clients and the knowledge we give pertaining the solid structure of their home. We take pride in the quality of the unseen, behind the walls part of the construction, as well as the quality in the details you see. No compromises are taken from start to finish. Outside of work I love supporting the kids in their sports, spending family time on the lake, taking vacations, going on walks and shopping.

Liam Hibbert
Project Manager
Hi, I’m Liam. I have been in the custom homebuilding industry for over 10 years. Throughout these years, I’ve developed a passion for providing homeowners with an experience during their build that exceeds their expectations, and a finished product that they love! My wife and I have two young children, so I understand how important it is for a home to be welcoming, functional and comfortable. In my spare time I enjoy playing golf (poorly), going to church, and spending time with my wife, Shannon, and kids, Rhett & Clara. I can’t wait to work together to build your dream home!
Adam built our dream home in Flower Mound, Texas, and we could not be happier. More than other builders, he understood what was important to us and made sure to tailor a solution accordingly. We loved Adam's fixed pricing model and not having to guess what our pricing would be throughout the build process for different items/labor. Most importantly, the house is stunning. Grateful. One side note: City of Flower Mound is a massive pain to work with. Absurdly slow on permits, sticklers about every little thing, and it will be extremely frustrating at times. Be aware.
